Description

You will own the technical architecture and delivery of Stibo MDM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle STEP MDM implementations.
• Conduct requirement and design workshops.
• Draft detailed technical and functional design documents.
• Configure, build, and test STEP components and data migration tools.
• Mentor team members and drive best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years with Stibo STEP MDM.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, XML, and Web Services.
• Proficiency in Data Modeling.
• Prior experience in data governance, workflows, and business rules.
• At least one end-to-end STEP MDM implementation in a lead role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
