Required Experience & Skills
12+ years of experience implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions
3–4+ full lifecycle implementations of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM
Strong hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM/PIM configuration, integration, and deployment
Expertise in Product, Supplier, and Customer Data Models
Experience leading solution architecture, technical delivery, and customer-facing engagements
Strong communication, analytical, and team leadership skills
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, architecture, and technical delivery of Stibo STEP MDM solutions
Conduct requirements gathering and high-level design workshops
Define data governance strategies, policies, and best practices
Prepare technical design and data migration documentation
Design workflows, business rules, and technical specifications
Configure, build, and unit test STEP components, including data structures, workflows, roles, and portals
Collaborate with business analysts to develop industry-standard business processes
