Description

You will lead the design, architecture, and technical delivery of Stibo STEP MDM solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture, technical delivery, and customer-facing engagements.
• Conduct requirements gathering and high-level design workshops to define data governance strategies.
• Prepare technical design, data migration documentation, and define data governance policies.
• Configure, build, and unit test STEP components, including data structures, workflows, roles, and portals.
• Collaborate with business analysts to develop industry-standard business processes.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
• 3–4+ full lifecycle implementations of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM.
• Strong hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM/PIM configuration, integration, and deployment.
• Expertise in Product, Supplier, and Customer Data Models.
• Ability to define data governance strategies, policies, and best practices.
• Experience leading solution architecture and technical delivery.
• Strong communication, analytical, and team leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience defining technical specifications and business rules.
