Description

Act as the techno-functional bridge between business requirements and Stibo technical implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business scenarios into technical Stibo specifications for development teams.
• Prepare integration and end-to-end test cases based on functional requirements.
• Identify test data requirements for integration and end-to-end testing phases.
• Support QA environment setup and assist users during UAT execution.
• Report defects and actively participate in defect triage sessions.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of Master Data Management (MDM) engagement experience.
• 2-4 years of direct experience working with Stibo systems.
• 1-2 years of Stibo techno-functional QA experience.
• 2 years of Stibo techno-functional development experience.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a QA or Business Analyst within Stibo projects.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven ability to collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to ERP implementations or upgrades.
