Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and administration of Stibo STEP environments to support Product and Customer MDM.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system design, focusing on business workflows, Web UI, and STEP-side integrations.
• Implement MDM solutions using Stibo Systems Enterprise Platform (STEP) across both cloud and on-premise environments.
• Conduct feasibility studies to identify platform gaps and suggest process improvements.
• Provide technical guidance on best practices and advanced STEP functionality during the build and testing phases.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore development teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience covering application architecture, development, implementation, and administration.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Stibo STEP, preferably version 10 or higher.
• Expertise in Data Modeling Concepts, Hierarchies, and Classifications.
• Proficiency with WebUI, Integration Endpoints, and Event Processors.
• Strong knowledge of User Management and STEP Admin tools.
• Experience designing Business Process Workflows and Connector architecture.
• Proven ability to design solution architecture frameworks in line with enterprise standards.
• Ability to work in both cloud and on-premise environments.
