Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-wide Stibo STEP MDM solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define scalable MDM architecture for product, customer, and supplier data across supply chain and eCommerce operations.
• Architect and configure workflows, business rules, matching/merging logic, taxonomies, and data validation frameworks.
• Design enterprise Data Governance frameworks including stewardship models, quality standards, and metadata management.
• Lead integration architecture between Stibo STEP and ERP, CRM, PIM, and analytics platforms via REST/SOAP APIs and ETL.
• Mentor engineering teams, conduct solution reviews, and drive cloud modernization and performance optimization.

Required Skills

• 8–12+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Master Data Management and Enterprise Data Architecture.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Stibo STEP MDM implementation and architecture.
• Deep knowledge of Product, Customer, and Supplier MDM, including data quality and reference data management.
• Experience integrating Stibo STEP with SAP/Oracle ERP, Salesforce, and middleware/API ecosystems.
• Strong proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, ETL pipelines, SQL, and cloud-based enterprise architecture.
• Understanding of supply chain and distribution business processes (Food Service, Manufacturing, Retail, or Wholesale).
• Ability to lead architecture workshops and solution design sessions with US-based stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Stibo STEP Certification (Core or Solution Architect).
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or enterprise cloud ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery models and DevOps practices.
