Description

• Provide expert technical guidance and leadership for successful implementation of STIBO MDM solutions.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to design and implement enterprise MDM solutions.
• Design and develop:
  • Data Models
  • Data Mappings
  • Data Validation Rules
  • Match & Merge Rules
• Ensure solutions meet business Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for availability, scalability, and performance.
• Conduct regression testing for:
  • New software releases
  • MDM repository updates
  • STIBO platform enhancements
• Work effectively within an Agile development environment.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and development team members.
• Promote best practices in solution design, coding standards, and implementation.

Qualifications:

• Total IT Experience: 8+ Years
• Relevant Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in MDM design, development, support, and operations using leading MDM platforms.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with STIBO STEP MDM.
  • Experience with Informatica MDM and Client MDM is an added advantage.

Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing STIBO STEP MDM solutions.
• 5+ years of experience with MDM Hub configurations, including:
  • Data Modeling
  • Data Mapping
  • Data Validation
  • Match & Merge Rules
  • API Development & Customization
• 2+ years of experience integrating external business applications with the MDM Hub using:
  • Batch Integrations
  • Near Real-Time (NRT) Integrations
• Experience delivering at least two full-cycle STIBO MDM implementations.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) strategies
  • Data Quality
  • Data Architecture
  • API Design
  • Event-Driven Architecture
