Description

You lead the design and implementation of STIBO STEP MDM solutions, translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures. You own the full lifecycle from data modeling and integration to deployment and support.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement STIBO STEP MDM solutions, including data models, mappings, validation rules, and match/merge logic.
• Configure and manage the MDM Hub, covering data architecture, API design, and event-driven integrations.
• Develop custom business rules, workflows, and UI configurations using JavaScript and Rhino scripting.
• Execute regression testing for new releases, repository updates, and platform enhancements.
• Mentor junior engineers and enforce coding standards and best practices within an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years total IT experience with 5+ years in MDM design, development, and operations.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with STIBO STEP MDM, including two full-cycle implementations.
• Strong proficiency in SOAP, REST, and JMS for inbound and outbound integrations.
• Expertise in Data Modeling, Data Quality, and Data Architecture.
• Experience with API Development, Customization, and System Administration.
• Knowledge of XSL Transformations, Bulk Data Updates, and Golden Record logic.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Informatica MDM or Client MDM.
• Proficiency in Java for custom development.
