Description

Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces and workflows within the STIBO STEP Master Data Management platform to ensure seamless data governance for enterprise clients.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and customize STEP WebUI components, configure workflows, portals, and dashboards for business users.
• Implement business rules, actions, and validations within the STEP platform to streamline data management.
• Develop integrations using SOAP/RESTful web services and handle XML, XSD, JSON, and JavaScript configurations.
• Partner with solution architects and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support enterprise-wide data governance initiatives and provide ongoing enhancements and break/fix work.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years’ experience implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, including 1–2 full lifecycle Stibo STEP MDM/PIM implementations.
• Strong hands-on expertise with STIBO STEP MDM platform, specifically Workflow and WebUI modules.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, XML, XSD, and JSON for STEP configurations and API development.
• Experience with pattern matching, regular expressions, and SQL.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in Agile environments and enterprise-scale projects.

Preferred Skills

• Prior consulting or solution architecture experience.
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts.
