Description

Lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise STIBO MDM solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into scalable STIBO STEP MDM technical solutions.
  • Design and configure data models, mappings, validation rules, and match & merge logic.
  • Develop and maintain API integrations (SOAP, REST, JMS) for batch and near real-time data synchronization.
  • Conduct regression testing for releases, repository updates, and platform enhancements.
  • Mentor junior engineers and enforce coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years total IT experience with 5+ years in MDM design, development, and operations.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with STIBO STEP MDM implementation.
  • Proven track record of delivering at least two full-cycle STIBO MDM projects.
  • Strong expertise in MDM Hub configurations, including data modeling and system setup.
  • Proficiency in API development and integration using SOAP, REST, and JMS.
  • Experience with STEP Workflow configuration, business rules, and scripting (JavaScript/Rhino).
  • Understanding of data quality, data architecture, and enterprise MDM strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Informatica MDM or Client MDM.
  • Strong Java development skills.
