Description

Lead the technical architecture and implementation of Stibo STEP MDM solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect technical designs and solutions based on customer requirements.
• Lead implementation and fine-tune technical solutions across complex projects.
• Provide technical direction and resolve issues regarding complex technical topics.
• Manage system setup, user groups, and privilege configurations.
• Mentor the team by providing technical assistance and guidance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Stibo STEP MDM solutions.
• Deep expertise in CMDM, SMDM, and Multi-domain MDM.
• Proficiency in Step Data Modeling, Attributes, and Attribute groups.
• Experience with Web UI Configurations, Search Screens, and Pop-ups.
• Hands-on knowledge of SOAP, REST, and IDOC for inbound and outbound integration.
• Ability to write Global Business rules using JavaScript or Rhino Scripting.
• Skill in XSL Transformations and STEP XML creation.
• Experience with Step API and extension capabilities.
• Competency in managing Golden Records through Matching and Linking.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with STEP Workflow configuration and Business Actions.
• Familiarity with Bulk data updates and Export/Import configurations.
