Description

You will lead the design, architecture, and technical delivery of Stibo STEP MDM solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through all activities required to successfully deliver Stibo STEP solutions using best practices.
• Conduct requirements gathering and high-level design workshops to define solution scope.
• Design, architect, and deliver high-quality Stibo solutions, including configuration, integration, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business analysts to develop to-be business processes based on industry standards.
• Configure, build, and unit test STEP components, including data structures, roles, workflows, and portals.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in implementing MDM solutions.
• Minimum of 3-4 full lifecycle implementations of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM.
• Strong hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM/PIM configuration, integration, and deployment.
• Expert understanding of Product, Supplier, and Customer Data Models.
• Proven experience designing MDM/PIM solutions from the ground up.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience defining data migration approaches in design documents.
• Familiarity with Stibo, MDM, and PIM concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to define data governance strategies, policies, roles, responsibilities, processes, controls, and rules.
• Experience working with business analysts to translate industry standards into technical requirements.
