Description

You will lead the architecture and technical delivery of Stibo STEP MDM solutions for enterprise clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and oversee the technical delivery of Stibo STEP MDM solutions aligned with best practices.
• Lead project teams through all implementation phases to ensure successful delivery of scalable solutions.
• Configure, integrate, and deploy Stibo STEP MDM/PIM systems with deep hands-on expertise.
• Engage directly with customers to gather requirements, facilitate technical discussions, and manage expectations.
• Design Product Data Models and ensure technical alignment with business goals.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
• At least 4 full lifecycle implementations of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM.
• Strong hands-on technical expertise in Stibo STEP configuration, integration, and deployment.
• Deep understanding of Product Data Model design and solution architecture.
• Proven customer-facing experience with strong management and team-facilitation skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams in complex enterprise environments.
