8+ years of minimum experience in IT Industry - 1+ years hands-on experience with STIBO STEP PIM platform - Deep understanding of Data Modeling Concepts, Hierarchies, Contexts, Classifications, Workflows, WebUI, Integration Endpoints, Event Processors - Good knowledge on designing the solution using Business rule (JavaScript), Business Process Workflows, STEP Component Model - Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Java programming (STIBO Extension APIs) - Good experience with STEP integration frameworks - OIEP, IIEP, STEPXML, REST endpoints - Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues and performance bottlenecks - Should have strong experience in all phases of project life cycle from requirements gathering to implementation - Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate functional requirements into technical solutions - Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and release planning - Ability to work well in a team & work collaboratively with both onshore and offshore development and support teams - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, written and oral communication skills - Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment - STIBO certification nice to have
