Description

You will manage nursing operations within the STICU and Trauma Care Unit in Austin, TX. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care delivery within the STICU and Trauma Care Unit.
• Oversee clinical operations and nursing staff.
• Implement evidence-based practices to ensure high standards of care.
• Direct daily nursing operations for high-acuity patients.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in direct, high-acuity Patient Care.
• Expertise in Trauma Intensive Care.
• Proficiency in Evidence-Based Practice (EBP).
• Certified in Life Support protocols.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
• Strong clinical leadership and team management capabilities.
