Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and design of enterprise-scale AI-driven products and solutions.
• Define AI technology strategy, roadmap, and long-term architectural vision aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with business leaders, data scientists, ML engineers, and development teams to translate business challenges into AI solutions.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance AI/ML platforms and applications.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, innovations, and strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
• Establish software engineering standards, architecture frameworks, and development best practices.
• Drive innovation initiatives and promote thought leadership across engineering organizations.
• Provide technical mentorship and strategic guidance to senior architects and engineering leaders.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with enterprise systems and platforms.
• Present technology strategies and architectural recommendations to executive leadership.
• Lead complex problem-solving initiatives involving AI, software systems, infrastructure, and data platforms.
• Influence technology investment decisions and ensure measurable business outcomes.

Experience Required:

• 15 - 20 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, and technology leadership.
• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.
• Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent.
• Strong background in enterprise architecture, software systems design, and large-scale integration.
• Proven experience defining technology roadmaps and leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in driving innovation, product development, and technology adoption.
• Experience mentoring senior technical leaders and architect communities.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology investments to strategic goals.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive engagement skills.
• Track record of successful product deployments, innovation programs, or patents is highly desirable.
