Description

Lead the architecture and design of enterprise-scale AI-driven storage products and solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define AI technology strategy, roadmap, and long-term architectural vision aligned with business objectives.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance AI/ML platforms and applications for storage systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and development teams to translate business challenges into AI solutions.
• Establish software engineering standards, architecture frameworks, and development best practices.
• Present technology strategies and architectural recommendations to executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, and technology leadership.
• Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent.
• Strong background in enterprise architecture, software systems design, and large-scale integration.
• Proven experience defining technology roadmaps and leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience mentoring senior technical leaders and architect communities.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology investments to strategic goals.
