Description

You will automate storage infrastructure management by bridging the gap between storage systems and application development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write, test, and maintain Ansible playbooks for provisioning, array configuration, and snapshot management.
• Develop reusable Ansible roles to encapsulate specific storage management functionalities.
• Integrate various storage systems with automation workflows using their respective APIs.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues within Ansible playbooks, roles, and storage integrations.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure seamless storage integration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise storage administration including SAN, NAS, and cloud storage.
• Deep expertise in Ansible, including playbooks, roles, modules, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, and PowerShell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code workflows.
• Working knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Solid understanding of Linux operating systems.
• Experience with Git for version control and managing Ansible code.
• Familiarity with integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform and Ansible Content Collections.
• Use of VS Code with Ansible extensions for development.
