Roles and Responsibilities:

• Administer enterprise storage platforms and manage provisioning across on-premises and cloud storage environments.
• Support backup architecture, policy design, retention planning, and recovery workflows for business-critical systems.
• Lead storage migrations, technology refresh activities, and infrastructure upgrade planning.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across storage, SAN, backup, replication, and capacity-related issues.
• Drive disaster recovery readiness, backup validation, and business continuity support for critical applications.

Skills Required:

• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in storage and backup administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Storage and HPE StoreOnce in enterprise environments.
• Working knowledge of NetApp, HPE 3PAR, Netgear NAS, and Dell EMC storage platforms.
• Experience with backup administration using Commvault, OpenText Data Protector, or Dell PowerProtect Data Manager.
• Ability to support storage architecture, capacity planning, replication, and recovery operations at scale.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred
