Description

You will manage enterprise block and file storage infrastructure and handle incident management for SAN/NAS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day enterprise block and file storage infrastructure.
• Lead incident management and advanced troubleshooting for SAN/NAS storage systems.
• Coordinate with storage vendors to resolve complex system issues and prevent business impact.
• Evaluate and manage outages affecting business-critical infrastructure.
• Support storage within SAP environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in storage engineering and infrastructure administration.
• Administration of SAN and NAS architectures including Hitachi Data Systems, Pure Storage, Brocade, Cisco SAN switches, Dell/Isilon, NetApp FAS/E-Series, and Oracle ZFS.
• Proficiency with Linux (RedHat/OEL, SUSE), IBM AIX, Solaris, and Windows.
• Experience with Unix/Linux OS system administration and Unix Shell scripting.
• Strong Python and Bash scripting skills for DevOps automation.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, including DNS, ACLs, TCP/IP, and the OSI model.
• Experience with replication technologies for business continuity.
• Competency in Major Incident Management and using ticketing systems like ServiceDesk.
• Experience with system monitoring and alerting tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing large-scale enterprise IT infrastructures and their dependencies.
