Description

You will manage and maintain NetApp storage infrastructure to ensure production stability and resiliency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage NetApp AFF storage technology, including cluster installation, provisioning, and SnapMirror replication for CIFS and NFS.
• Perform ONTAP firmware updates and troubleshoot L2/L3 issues within SAN and NAS environments.
• Handle ITSM processes including incidents, changes, alerts, and requests according to defined SLAs.
• Execute capacity management, disaster recovery scenarios, and maintain technical documentation such as runbooks.
• Coordinate hardware failure resolution and manage vendor interactions for storage components.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in storage administration.
• Expertise in NetApp AFF technology and ONTAP firmware management.
• Hands-on experience with CIFS and NFS replication using SnapMirror.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting NetApp filers in both SAN and NAS environments.
• Exposure to Cisco SAN Switches and intermediate troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
• Experience with ITIL frameworks, specifically incident, change, and problem management.
• Intermediate Python scripting skills for automation.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 environment, including non-business hours for production operations.

Preferred Skills

• Intermediate DevOps and open-source tool experience.
• Knowledge of cloud storage services and market trends.
