Roles and Responsibilities:

• Administer and troubleshoot NetApp cDOT (ONTAP) storage systems using CLI and manage storage operations in SAN and NAS environments.
• Support EMC platforms including Isilon, Unity, and ECS; perform provisioning, performance troubleshooting, and RCA for storage incidents.
• Manage SAN/NAS configurations including zoning; troubleshoot and upgrade Cisco and Broadcom switches.
• Plan and execute storage array upgrades and migrations (NetApp to NetApp and EMC to NetApp), ensuring minimal downtime.
• Perform DR testing and DR configuration activities; conduct performance analysis using NetApp ActiveIQ, OCUM, and System Manager.

Skills Required:

• 5-15 years of relevant experience in enterprise storage engineering
• NetApp cDOT (ONTAP) hands-on administration (including CLI)
• EMC Isilon, EMC Unity, and EMC ECS operational experience
• SAN and NAS environment support including provisioning, troubleshooting, and performance analysis
• ITIL process adherence for incident/problem/change handling and RCA using NetApp ActiveIQ, OCUM, and System Manager

Good to Have:

• Storage Grid and Veritas NetBackup

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
