Description

You will administer and troubleshoot enterprise storage systems, focusing on NetApp cDOT (ONTAP) and supporting EMC platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot NetApp cDOT (ONTAP) storage systems using CLI for SAN and NAS environments.
• Support EMC platforms including Isilon, Unity, and ECS, performing provisioning and performance troubleshooting.
• Manage SAN/NAS configurations, including zoning, and troubleshoot or upgrade Cisco and Broadcom switches.
• Plan and execute storage array upgrades and migrations (NetApp to NetApp, EMC to NetApp) with minimal downtime.
• Conduct performance analysis using NetApp ActiveIQ, OCUM, and System Manager, and perform DR testing and configuration.

Required Skills

• 5-15 years of experience in enterprise storage engineering.
• Hands-on administration of NetApp cDOT (ONTAP) including CLI.
• Operational experience with EMC Isilon, EMC Unity, and EMC ECS.
• Strong knowledge of SAN and NAS environments, provisioning, and performance analysis.
• Experience managing Cisco and Broadcom switch configurations.
• Adherence to ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change handling, including RCA.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Storage Grid.
• Experience with Veritas NetBackup.
