Description

You will lead architectural design and system-level integration for board test and measurement software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design, system-level integration, interfaces, and test requirements.
• Outline end-solutions and develop work breakdowns by shippable epics and milestones.
• Set technology direction for major components and services while working hands-on to integrate them.
• Translate requirements from internal and external stakeholders for development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional software teams to develop common building blocks.

Required Skills

• Expert working knowledge of application development using C and C++ 11/14.
• Experience designing, implementing, and deploying software that supports Windows, Linux, and MacOS.
• Proficiency in object-oriented design, design patterns, and measurement libraries.
• Experience with Objective-C, Xcode, and X Window (X11).
• Knowledge of RestAPI, gRPC, microservice technology, and containerization.
• Solid understanding of Jenkins CI/CD and tools including Microsoft Visual Studio, TFS, SharePoint, Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, or Confluence.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in product design, development, engineering, or product management.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of basic electronics principles, board testing technology, and IEEE boundary scan standards.
• Experience reengineering and migrating legacy software solutions to modern technology platforms.
