Description

You will manage enterprise storage administration and support mission-critical SAN platforms in a 24x7 production environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Hitachi storage environments and handle incident resolution.
• Execute capacity planning, performance tuning, and DR/replication operations.
• Manage 24x7 production infrastructure and maintain service stability.
• Apply ITIL service management principles to daily operations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise storage administration.
• Strong recent experience with Hitachi storage environments.
• Expertise in Storage Area Network (SAN) operations and management.
• Proven ability to support mission-critical platforms in managed services or production settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications or training in VMware, SAN switching, backup solutions, or ITIL service management.
