Description

We are looking for an experienced Storage Administrator / Engineering Lead to join our IT team and drive excellence in storage infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, integrate, and support SAN infrastructure & ecosystem

Apply patches, upgrade software, and ensure data security

Monitor and troubleshoot SAN/NAS environments

Manage storage arrays, logical disk layouts, and configurations

Perform advanced tasks: snapshots, mirroring, migrations, RAID management

Automate processes with scripting and tools

Lead incident management, RCA reviews, and vendor coordination

Handle backup/recovery management, high availability, and DR/BCP drills

Manage user access and periodic access reviews

Provide audit support and technical guidance to teams and regulators

Expertise in Hitachi, NetApp, Dell EMC storage technologies and Cisco/Brocade SAN Fabric

Skilled in SAN, NAS, S3, NFS, CIFS deployments and all types of migrations

Role Requirements
Experience: 10–15 years in storage engineering/administration

Qualification: B.Sc, B.Tech, BCA, M.Sc, M.Tech, MCA

Strong leadership skills with ability to guide teams during incidents
