Roles & Responsibilities:

• Administer and support storage infrastructure and Linux environments.
• Manage SAN/NAS storage platforms and HPE storage solutions.
• Perform installation, configuration, monitoring, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Handle incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis and performance tuning.
• Ensure SLA compliance and maintain accurate documentation.
• Manage vendor escalations and technical issue resolution.
• Perform capacity, security, and performance audits.
• Maintain CMDB records and support ITIL processes.
• Provide customer support, consulting, and technical guidance.

Experience Required:

• 6-10 years of experience in Storage Administration and Linux Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Object, File, and Block Storage.
• Expertise in SAN/NAS technologies (iSCSI, FC, FCoE, Ethernet).
• Hands-on experience with HPE Alletra 6000, Alletra MP, Nimble, 3PAR, Primera, and MSA.
• Experience with Linux (RHEL/SUSE) installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of firmware upgrades, patching, and security compliance.
• Experience with ITIL processes, ServiceNow, and change management.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer management skills.
• Storage, Linux, VMware VCP, Microsoft, or ITIL certifications are preferred.
