Description

Manage storage operations, risk compliance, and large-scale data migrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer data migrations for data center exits within defined SLAs.
• Maintain compliance with assigned risk metrics and reporting requirements.
• Monitor and perform BAU TLM upgrades for select products.
• Support BAU operations including system versioning and integration management.
• Troubleshoot failures, perform appliance account rotations, and manage reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in storage operations.
• Hands-on experience with PowerScale or similar file storage systems.
• Proficiency with File, Block, and Object storage architectures.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Experience managing production support and customer migrations.
• Ability to support operations across NA and India time zones, including weekends.

Preferred Skills

• Python scripting for automation or tooling enhancement.
