Description

You will lead the assessment and strategic alignment of IT systems, processes, and infrastructure to support organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct IT visioning discussions and gap analyses to identify deficiencies in interface technology, IT support, and skill sets.
• Develop comprehensive IT roadmaps, including phased transition plans, system refactoring, and change management strategies.
• Inventory existing IT systems, documenting business processes, system ownership, maintenance costs, and vendor contracts.
• Perform business process and technology impact assessments related to state or federal regulatory requirements.
• Manage project lifecycles, including timeline development, risk identification, and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in information systems requirements gathering, selection, development, and implementation.
• Proven expertise in IT visioning and business/technology function alignment.
• Strong project management skills, including timeline monitoring and risk contingency management.
• Experience conducting gap analyses for interface technology and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of data governance, data flows, and data sharing capabilities such as VPN, SFTP, and API.
• Ability to perform business process impact assessments and regulatory compliance analysis.
• Experience with Lean process improvement and strategy development.
• Background in organizational change management and program enhancement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Department of Labor system requirements and maintenance.
