Description

Lead end-to-end Generative AI initiatives from ideation through deployment and performance evaluation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead project lifecycles for Gen AI initiatives, including deployment and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to execute technical roadmaps.
• Develop strategic plans for scaling Gen AI solutions across business units.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for regular reporting to executive leadership.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• At least 2 years managing AI or Gen AI-related projects.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Hugging Face, or Stability AI.
• Proficiency in Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to translate business objectives into AI-driven strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
