Description

You will lead bid events and sourcing strategies for capital construction services, managing end-to-end procurement processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP and RFI events for land, buildings, services, and equipment categories.
• Conduct commercial prequalification of contractors aligned with vendor qualification processes.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to create value and speed to market through negotiated supply bases.
• Manage the end-to-end bidding process, including proposal comparison, award scenarios, and contract document compilation.
• Collaborate with engineering, legal, and factory stakeholders to meet project requirements.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, or technical/manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with Ariba for eSourcing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Experience with eSourcing processes, negotiations, and supply agreement development.
• Ability to analyze data and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for liaising between internal customers and procurement teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP and PowerBI.
• Background in contract negotiations or construction category management.
• Knowledge of factory operations and experience building data dashboards.
