Description

You will lead complex, high-risk initiatives across the entire project lifecycle from initiation through closing.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term, line-of-business wide projects with high complexity and broad organizational impact.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Develop and implement program-level processes, procedures, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to define and clarify project requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Methodologies, or Strategic Planning.
• Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Financial Services.
• Strong meeting management and facilitation skills.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements to development teams and business requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
