Description

You will build and maintain large-scale stream and batch processing systems. You will architect scalable solutions, lead engineering teams technically, and solve complex problems in new technical domains.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable stream and batch processing solutions.
• Lead engineering teams technically on specific projects or components.
• Implement DevOps principles using CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional experience in stream or batch processing systems at scale.
• Proficiency in Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Public Cloud environments.
• Experience with messaging and stream processing tools such as Pub/Sub, Kafka, Kinesis, Dataflow, or Flink.
• Experience with batch processing frameworks including Hadoop, Pig, Hive, or Spark.
• Strong understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and Terraform.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GCP and GCP managed services.
• Experience with Dataproc.
