Description

You will perform structural and thermal analysis to validate mechanical designs and system performance using ANSYS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structural analysis to assess design integrity, strength, and performance.
• Perform thermal analysis to evaluate heat transfer, thermal management, and temperature distribution.
• Generate engineering documentation, including design reports, analysis results, and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with design engineers, project managers, and manufacturing personnel to meet technical specifications and timelines.
• Participate in design reviews to provide feedback on feasibility, performance, and manufacturability.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of experience in structural analysis using ANSYS.
• Proven experience performing thermal analysis using ANSYS.
• Proficiency with CADD tools.
• Experience in mechanical design assessment and performance validation.
• Ability to produce technical drawings and comprehensive engineering reports.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's/MS in the same fields.
• 6 years of relevant experience if no degree is held.

Preferred Skills

• Experience optimizing designs to improve efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
