Description

You will lead drawing production and Revit design deliverables for the local infrastructure group, focusing on industrial, manufacturing, and office facilities.

Responsibilities

• Produce structural drawings, plans, sections, details, and schedules using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Manage structural model development, administration, and daily maintenance.
• Coordinate structural modeling with multidisciplinary teams, including Mechanical, Electrical, and MEP professionals.
• Develop and maintain structural CAD standards and BIM custom content.
• Mentor junior design staff and present model reviews to stakeholders.
• Perform field work independently or alongside the design team.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in C&S drafting for building or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in Revit Structural and Navisworks.
• Experience with AutoCAD and the broader Autodesk ecosystem.
• Expertise in developing BIM content, including parametric families, formula nested components, and type catalogs.
• Experience integrating Revit products with other applications such as Cost Estimation tools.
• Ability to manage linked views and work within multi-model environments.
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Preferred Skills

• Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering, or an ITE drafting certificate.
• Experience developing fabrication (LOD 400) level drawing packages.
