Description

Lead structural design and analysis for complex engineering projects within the FMCG sector.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design structural components and perform advanced analysis and simulations using CAD technology.
• Oversee the design process, including reviewing drawings, specifications, and markup preparation.
• Coordinate deliverables between offshore teams, clients, vendors, and construction crews.
• Manage project lifecycles by administering contracts and supporting construction teams with technical queries.
• Inspect contractor work to ensure structural soundness and verify compliance with industry regulations and building codes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Structural Engineer or in a similar field.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD.
• Strong background in FMCG domain requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in structural analysis, simulations, and technical report preparation.
• Expertise in project management and contract administration.
• Strong mathematical and physics foundations for structural calculations.
• Ability to coordinate complex technical inputs between offshore teams and on-site stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• BE / B Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering.
