Lead structural engineering projects from proposal through completion. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering projects from proposal through completion.
• Perform structural analysis and design for various project types.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and design staff.
• Ensure work adheres to industry standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Proficiency with structural engineering software tools.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drafting tools.
• Familiarity with AISC, ACI, ASCE, and NDS codes and standards.
• Ability to apply sound engineering judgment to design and problem-solving.
