Description

Design structural repairs for in-service aircraft events and manufacturing non-conformities while owning the release of repair and modification solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design repair and modification solutions for aircraft maintenance and manufacturing requirements.
• Create Repair/Design Approval sheets and technical drawings from CATIA models for raw parts and assemblies.
• Analyze non-conformities to develop change request proposals and meet customer requirements.
• Manage team delivery, including training, quality checks, and schedule tracking.
• Interface between suppliers and customers to ensure technical documentation compliance.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in structural repair engineering for in-service or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in CATIA V5 and configuration management.
• Experience with SRM, repair documents, and technical drawings.
• Background in aircraft design principles and non-conformity analysis.
• Hands-on experience with daily and major repairs.
• Technical proficiency with VPM, PASS, GILDA, TAKSY, AIRINA, APS, TREND V5, or CCD.
• Strong planning and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing team delivery responsibilities and quality checks.
