Description

You will manage all phases of network installation, administration, and engineering for large-scale environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data and voice cabling solutions.
• Troubleshoot major and minor network failures and diagnose connectivity issues.
• Analyze network capacity and optimize system performance.
• Manage vendor relationships, support agreements, and billing validation.
• Coordinate with multiple vendors to develop and implement technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering and large-scale network analysis.
• Hands-on experience with data/voice cabling, testing copper and fiber, and installing deployed data communications systems.
• Proficiency in LAN, WAN, WAP, and cabling standards.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, subnetting, and routing.
• Working knowledge of wireline and wireless technologies including fiber optics, T1, DS-3, MPLS, cellular/5G, CDMA, TDMA, and VoIP.
• Experience with Cradle Point / Net Cloud.
• Proficiency in MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience installing, migrating, and supporting critical, multi-site networks.
