You will lead the creative vision and product expression across digital, social, PR, and retail channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product looks selection process and create seasonal outfitting decks and shot lists based on product attributes and volume potential.
• Direct outfitting for PR events, including product selection for gifting and influencer engagement.
• Partner with design, merchandising, and digital teams to ensure styling meets product intent and budget constraints.
• Develop seasonal styling mood boards and lead biannual fashion office styling inspiration sessions.
• Review assortments across all tiers to protect design stories and optimize storytelling during the buying process.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional styling experience via apprenticeship, in-house styling, or a fashion office.
• Proven experience leading and developing professional teams and managing cross-functional partners.
• Expertise in digital styling and managing digital retail displays and digital mannequins.
• Proficiency in creating assortment decks.
• Deep understanding of visual merchandising, editorial photography, social media, and the digital space.
• Ability to translate product benefits into cohesive storytelling across all consumer channels.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
