Lead creative vision and product expression across digital, social, PR, and retail channels.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead product looks selection and create seasonal outfitting decks based on product attributes.
• Direct outfitting for PR events, including product selection for gifting and influencer engagement.
• Partner with design, merchandising, and digital teams to align styling with product intent and budget.
• Develop seasonal mood boards and lead biannual fashion office styling inspiration sessions.
• Review assortments to protect design stories and optimize storytelling during the buying process.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional styling experience via apprenticeship, in-house styling, or fashion office.
• Expertise in digital styling, digital retail displays, and digital mannequins.
• Proficiency in creating assortment decks and managing cross-functional partners.
• Deep understanding of visual merchandising, editorial photography, and social media.
• Ability to translate product benefits into cohesive storytelling across consumer channels.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
