Description

You will manage advanced network support, maintenance, and configuration to ensure high availability and reliable operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day network incidents, service requests, and outage troubleshooting.
• Perform network maintenance including firmware upgrades, patch management, and performance optimization.
• Execute network changes, configuration modifications, and system integrations following change management processes.
• Design, scope, and deploy new network projects while producing documentation such as diagrams and SOPs.
• Monitor network performance, capacity, and security to proactively resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in core network administration.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSI model, routing, switching, subnetting, VLANs, VPN, and firewall concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Software-Defined Wide Area Networking (SD-WAN) solutions.
• Proficiency managing Cisco, Meraki, SonicWall, Fortinet, or Sophos firewall and switch devices.
• Experience with network monitoring tools including SolarWinds, Auvik, and Logic Monitor.
• Knowledge of network security aspects including ACL, firewall filtering, and VPN.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks such as PCI, CIS, NIST, ISO, SOC 1/2, and FedRAMP.
• Experience with security tasks including threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with EDR and MDR solutions, SentinelOne, Arctic Wolf, ThreatLocker, and Barracuda.
