Description

You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Decipher, developing custom setups and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Set up complex surveys independently within Decipher.
• Manage and update complex quotas during fieldwork.
• Build custom solutions using Python, JQuery, and JScript in Decipher.
• Guide clients on effective question administration and train the team on Decipher best practices.
• Review client materials to identify data analysis gaps or missing metrics.
• Debug scripts and code written by other programmers.
• Analyze data using Excel, SPSS, and SQL to pinpoint data issues.
• Establish processes and best practices for the team and manage sample collection to Master Client standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Decipher.
• Proficiency in Python, JQuery, and JScript.
• Experience analyzing data using SPSS and SQL.
• Proven experience as an SME, preferably in Market Research.
• Ability to work the 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM shift.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree (BSC/MSc, BCA, MCA, BE/BTech, MTech).
