Description

You will manage SuccessFactors migrations and provide technical support for core modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration from SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 to Onboarding 2.0.
• Implement mini master for HXM during the onboarding upgrade process.
• Provide technical support for Performance and Goals (P&G) and Learning Management System (LMS).
• Maintain clear and accurate technical documentation for all system changes.

• 5+ years of experience in SuccessFactors environments.
• Proven provisioning authority within SuccessFactors.
• Direct experience upgrading Onboarding 1.0 to Onboarding 2.0.
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Performance and Goals (P&G).
• Technical proficiency in Learning Management System (LMS).
• Working knowledge of SAP, SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP HCM.

Degree in any graduate field.
