Requirements:
· 5+ years of experience in configuration with very deep understanding of the Benefits and Employee Central (EC) modules (specifically knowing how to set up RBTs)
· Possess a strong understanding of HR processes and can effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions.
· Be able to work independently, understand system dependencies, and proactively propose solutions to the business rather than just taking orders
· Excellent communication skills enable you to interact effectively with stakeholders across different regions.
· Demonstrated experience leading workshops and managing stakeholder expectations, and you thrive in a collaborative global team environment
