You will configure and support SuccessFactors modules, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Benefits and Employee Central (EC) modules, with deep expertise in setting up RBTs.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions by understanding system dependencies and proposing proactive solutions.
• Lead workshops and manage stakeholder expectations across different regions.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on HR processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SuccessFactors configuration.
• Deep understanding of Benefits and Employee Central (EC) modules.
• Strong knowledge of how to set up RBTs.
• Ability to work independently and understand system dependencies.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience leading workshops.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in a collaborative global team environment.
