Description

You design, develop, and configure integrations between SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, SAP HCM, and OnBase.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical specifications for integrations between SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, SAP HCM, and OnBase.
• Configure and customize standard SAP and SuccessFactors integration tools.
• Develop custom integration logic, including transformations and error handling.
• Execute unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Monitor integration performance, document configurations, and support end-users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in integration roles.
• Deep understanding of SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and Integration Center.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM and SAP ECC.
• Proficiency with OnBase document management systems.
• Knowledge of SAP PO.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow and Business Management processes.
• Ability to perform SIT and UAT.
• Bachelor's degree.
