Description

You will implement and manage SuccessFactors modules in a functional or technical consultancy capacity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
• Configure ECC HCM VIB replication for functional workflows.
• Develop and maintain integrations using CPI to connect Employee Central to ECC and external HR subsystems like UKG and Fidelity.
• Support end-to-end data flow between HR platforms.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience.
• Expert-level hands-on experience with Employee Central.
• Proficiency in SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding.
• Expert-level CPI resource capabilities for complex integrations.
• Experience managing Employee Central to ECC integrations.
• Proven ability to integrate EC with third-party subsystems such as UKG or Fidelity.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
