You will act as a Subject Matter Expert focusing on the maintenance and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors HR systems.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support complex business processes within the SAP SuccessFactors environment.
Lead requirement gathering sessions and conduct Joint Application Design sessions with business end users to document system and reporting requirements.
Manage the full project lifecycle including fit-gap analysis, configuration, project planning, and post-implementation support.
Own data conversion and system testing tasks during enhancement or implementation projects.
Execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure system integrity.
Required Skills
15+ years of IT experience with a deep focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
10+ years of extensive experience in Employee Central (EC) and Compensation.
5+ full project implementations specifically in EC and Compensation modules.
Expertise in configuring Compensation for multi-country setups and budget roll-up functionality.
Advanced knowledge of the MDF framework, including developing new portlets and managing foundation object associations.
Strong understanding of the Role Based Permission (RBP) framework.
In-depth knowledge of Hire to Retire (H2R) business processes.
Proficiency in solution design, configuration workbooks, and business blueprint preparation.
Experience with business rules and workflows.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Experience working onsite with international clients.
