Description

You will lead end-to-end implementations and support for SAP SuccessFactors modules to align HR technology with global business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end implementations and support projects across the SuccessFactors suite.
• Map and configure functionalities to HR processes for global operations including US, Canada, APAC, EMEA, and Europe.
• Prepare requirements, design documents, and test solutions compliant with technical and functional architectures.
• Lead HR domain projects as a project manager, solution architect, or QA lead.
• Manage customer expectations and drive project deliverables to meet defined milestones.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Hands-on experience with Employee Central, Learning Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance & Goal Management, and Succession & Planning.
• Minimum of 10 end-to-end implementation or support projects completed.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering and completing Employee Central (EC) workbooks.
• Hands-on experience with configuration, customization, and cut-over activities.
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and ITIL processes.
• Knowledge of Activate Project Management Methodology.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• MBA in HR.
